Theme Description

On an unnamed world (referred to simple as "The Planet") an impact event of some sort known as the "Crisis From the Sky" took place a thousand years ago in the north pole. In recent times a company known as Shin-Ra has achieved many rapid advancements for the world in science and technology through harvesting a form of energy from the Planet known as Mako. They are opposed by the group AVALANCHE, whom believe this practice is slowly killing The Planet. Caught between their struggles is Cloud Strife, a former soldier of Shin-Ra turned mercenary who goes on to discover the truth about mako, the crisis from the sky and his own fragmented past.
