Tensions rise and war erupts among some of the world's most powerful nations when the industrially-oriented Belkan Federation attempts to seize control of its neighbors and their natural resources. Belka's actions ultimately result in war among the nations, pitting Belka against a unified front of Osean, Sapina, Ustian, and Yuktobanian forces.
