Mission Objectives and Summary
The Black Sheep Squadron (Patch Example) is a versatile group with each member using their different skills and abilities for the advancement of not only the League's mission but also our causes and beliefs. If any individual Squadron flight wing cannot pull off a job, then they should be able to rely on the squadron as a whole to accomplish it. The key to our efficiency is that we will rely on each other, and make sure we watch each other's six.
Rules
- Membership in the Black Sheep Squadron is handled by three means. The first is by IPA Assignment (Apping Straight In). The second is through sponsorship. A Sheep can sponsor and be responsible for a new member for a probation period of one month, at which time, the Probation Member will be granted full membership. Finally is a vote. Every Sheep has one vote. Simple majority rules.
- Expulsion from the group may be deemed necessary by various circumstances. These can include but are not limited to: Insubordination, Uncontrolled Infighting, Behavior Unbecoming An IPA Member, and Direct Disobeyance Of Orders.
- As the 1st Joint Tactical Wing of the IPA, we provide ready and available air support under all circumstances. Our first duties are to our individual worlds. The IPA cannot give an order that will directly violate a member's standing with their home gate. If a member feels that an order would violate a statute of their world, they are to inform their CO or XO immediately.
- The leader and executive of the flight wing, are designated Black Sheep 1 and 2, respectively. The support unit leader and executive, are designated as Shepherd 1 and 2. The Main Base will be located on the flight line at the IPA Terminus. A secondary base is currently established in the SDF-1, Prometheus Arm. Other bases and outposts can be created and established at IPA discretion.
- Infighting will be handled in-house. If it cannot be talked out or handled with the help of the command of the 1st JTW, then other solutions will be found. Do not insult the Support Staff. You may be the Hot Shot pilot, they are the ones that make sure your bird flies, has ammo, and doesn't crash.
