Profile: One goal that many martial artists study The Art for is to establish their own school of martial arts. Hu Fu Li, known during his younger days as Sagacious Li, was one such sort. His own style of fighting, the Diving Swallow Fist, becamse infamous enough throughout the China of his world to allow him to found a fairly prestigious school in the Hong Kong area. For a while, Hu Fu Li had it all. He had a loving and beautiful wife who was a talented martial artist in his own right, his son showed a greater level of talent than he'd originally possessed, his daughter-in-law was a wonderful woman, his students were well known for their skill, and Hu Fu Li was respected as the Grandmaster of the school. Of course, things have to go down eventually. Hu Fu Li had retired, and passed leadership of the school on to his daughter-in-law. In the span of a few months, his son and daughter-in-law were lost to him, many of his school's most promising students were murdered, and he decided to retire for good, donating the old training grounds to his successors and moving into Hong Kong to enjoy a quiet retirement, raising his Lazy Grandson and making noodles, while enjoying the occasional cup of tea. Of course, the Gates made life quite interesting, and eventually lead to Old Man Li taking an involuntary vacation in Ancient China via an unstable time gate! Still, the Old Man has returned to the present, after punching evil in the past, and is ready to share his vast knowledge and guidance with any who ask! And even some who do not!
