Profile: Tifa is a quiet, shy girl, hunted by the Federation for being a Newtype. It is on board the Vulture ship the Freeden that she first meets Garrod Ran, and when her foreshadowing dreams start to become reality. It is she that leads Garrod to find the Gundam X, left from the wars between the Earth Federation and the colonies. By accessing the microwave systems on the moon, she was able toregister the Gundam, allowing it the ability to unleash its powerful weapon, the beam cannon. Though her power has great potential, she is frail in stamina, oftentimes fainting from excessive exertion of her Newtype skills. She tends to be introverted due to her past experiences of being exploited for her power, but has gradually learned to open up to others while on board the Freeden. Her fondness has especially grown for Garrod, and she provides support for him, helping him develop his combat potential throughout the many challenges they must face.
