Profile: Elegant and refined are the two words most often used to describe Shizuru Fujino. Voted as the Fuuka Academy's Student Council President in a landslide victory, she essentially runs the school (with aid from her fellow members of the student council of course) due to the Administration's policy that the school should be run for the students by the students. Her influence does not stop there. Often times, she is called upon to act as the negotiator on behalf of her school in obtaining funds from many private corporations when Fuuka's chairman is unable to attend the meetings herself.
